Administrative & Communications Fellow
This role supports the day-to-day backend operations of a growing short-term rental management company. Within this position, fellows will focus on guest messaging, calendar coordination, vendor communication, inbox management, SOP creation, and digital platform operations. Fellows will work closely with B4K leadership and Admin to deliver a high-quality experience for guests, team members, and property owners. This role builds real-world skills in hospitality administration, executive-level support, and systems management.
Operations & Logistics Intern
This role supports core functions of our short-term rental management team. Interns will gain hands-on experience in hospitality logistics, property operations, vendor coordination, and systemized guest support. This position is designed to build operational confidence and real-world skills in a fast-growing company that specializes in excellent short-term rental property management and community-focused solutions.
